Wicked Wayz represented proper, and everyone had a blast.  Skarekrow and Cloudn9ne threw my favorite locals set of the night.  Tech Itch was great.  I’m always stoked to see world class DJ sets in a room full of nobody but a couple of dancers, and a bunch of fucked up teenagers.  The crew had a really great time though. The only thing that would have made it better is if Red would have been able to stay. Big ups to Polygamy for giving us some slots to book. Let me begin by saying that last year’s In The Woods was insane. So much fun. I like camping. I like camping with my friends. I love camping, with my friends, and playing tracks all night long.  Everyone had such a blast. I think this year I’ll bring less food and more beer. *wink* I remember catching Skarekrow’s spot as well as Sliz’s. Both were in top form that night. I also remember freaking Jeremy out when I dropped Aphex Twin’s “Buceph alus Bouncing Ball”. That was awesome and it sounded great ricocheting off the rocks back to the D.J. booth. I also remember tumbling down the side off the mountain when Mark and Jeremy were trying to show me “something”. Or Mark just falling down mountain drunk. I will never forget Cloudn9ne, drunk as hell, hollering “DUDE” all….. night…. long at the top of his lungs, or the was it the bottom of his intestines? Or one of the best piece’s of advice Cloudn9ne offered, or maybe it was a threat? Anyway, he simply stated “Dude, I don’t think you wanna wake up down in that valley”. I don’t even know who he was talking to, I was laughing so hard. I also enjoyed the solitide I was afforded early in the morning. before everything went nuts. Sometimes I need a lil’ quiet before the storm. The memories from last year’s trip were some of the best I’ve ever had camping. I want to top that this year. The line-up is looking sick. Some new faces and returning ones as well. Everything is well with the cosmos.

I wanted to start this post off with a big “thank you’se” to everyone who has supported us over the years. We wouldn’t be where we are without them. And where are we? The question is rhetorical, but important nonetheless. We are poised to bring bigger and better nightlife entertainment for those who do not care for the super-clubs, yet want to experience the best D.J.’s the world has to offer. I also wanted to thank soLid for his complements. Anyone who knows him, knows he is tough to impress. I also wanted to thank SPL for coming out. I also received quite a high compliment from him as well.”Nice tunes” he simply put. I was flattered.

So, this 16th of May, in the foul year of our Lord 2009. Wicked Wayz is bringing Tech Itch to Denver. The last time I saw him in person was with Dylan and they were tag-teaming the whole set, and I was speechless. I’m not sure if anyone else was there, because it seemed as though they were playing to my tastes only. Every track was perfectly selected and expertly mixed. FLAWLESS! I couldn’t even speak the whole time, due to my jaw being dropped on the floor. I do remember going with some friends of mine, but I quietly seperated from them so I would not be disturbed during the mayhem. And of course, trainspot two of the most respected players in the game. Anyhoo, I cannot wait until Zion. Polygamy Productions is certainly putting on shows to remember. The party bus?! I can’t wait to take a ride on that. I missed Zion last year, but Cloudkicker played on the bus, and he loved it! Of course I don’t want to miss a minute of our D.J.’s ruling Thunder Mountain with an iron fist! There are many talented acts on the lineup. It’s going to be instupitous! Plus, not to mention Tech Itch.

Just remember kids. We can bring you the best of the best, but we need your help to do it.
